1 User Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering, or using any services provided by KK8 through kk8.cx, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the KK8 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

KK8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavor to inform all members through appropriate channels whenever significant changes are made.

2 Membership Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the kk8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not located in a geographical region that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not currently listed on any active self-exclusion register of any gambling platform.
• Registering under your own name only and not on behalf of another person.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at kk8. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances. kk8 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify compliance with this eligibility requirement.

3 Deposits, Payments and Fund Withdrawals

KK8 accepts a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account within minutes.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all available payment methods.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never made a deposit previously.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games.

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your actual geographic location.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or offensive manner toward support staff or other players.

6 Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Your account security is a shared responsibility between kk8 and you as a member. kk8 provides robust security infrastructure including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time suspicious activity monitoring. However, you also have important responsibilities:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.
• Contact KK8 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensure that the device you use to log in is free from malware and viruses.

KK8 will not be liable for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining their account security. If your account is accessed by a third party due to password sharing or your own negligence, KK8 is not obligated to recover any funds lost during that period.

7 Identity Verification (KYC) and Legal Compliance

As a responsibly operated platform, kk8 adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. KYC verification is mandatory and may be required at various stages of platform use:

• Basic verification: Full name, date of birth, and current address are required during registration.
• Identity verification: A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport is required for your first withdrawal.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

KK8 provides the platform and all related services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain the highest levels of platform availability and reliability, there are certain liability limitations you should be aware of:

• KK8 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network failures, scheduled maintenance, or natural disasters.
• Kk8 makes no guarantees regarding wins or outcomes of any game, as all games use independently audited RNG systems.
• Results recorded by kk8 servers are final in all cases involving disputes over game outcomes.
• Kk8 is not responsible for any taxes or financial liabilities that members are required to settle on their winnings under applicable local laws.

In all circumstances, KK8's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where kk8 is licensed to operate. For any dispute arising between a member and kk8, the following procedure shall be followed:

• Step one: Contact the KK8 customer support team via live chat or email for an initial resolution within 5 business days.
• Step two: If unresolved, submit a written complaint to KK8 management for a thorough investigation within 14 business days.
• Step three: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an independent arbitration body recognised by the relevant regulatory authority.

All dispute-related communications must be submitted in Malay or English. kk8 is committed to resolving every complaint in a fair, transparent, and timely manner for the satisfaction of all parties involved.
